What is Equine Therapy?
Equine Therapy (also known as "Equine-Assisted Therapy" and "Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy") is a form of experiential therapy that involves interactions between patients and horses - therapeutic riding and other associated equine activities (such as grooming, feeding, and haltering).

Meet the Insight Horses
Horses have a special nature that makes therapy with them so effective. They are non-judgmental, have no preconceived motives, and mirror the attitudes and behaviors of the humans with whom they are working. While working with these animals under the guidance of a therapist, clients have an opportunity to note their tendency to engage in self-defeating thoughts and actions.
